Definition of PRAYER

a (1) : an address (as a petition) to God or a god in word or thought <said a prayer for the success of the voyage> (2) : a set order of words used in praying.

The dictionary actually list many others that go with this and make it sound so much more complicated than it really is. Prayer is so simple, free and yet so very Powerful! The power of prayer can only be surpassed by God alone.You can find so much in prayer. To me, this post really only needed that one word. Prayer.

Matthew 7:7  ”Ask, and it will be given to you seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

James 5:14-16 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
