Wow

Out of nowhere, I thought about my blog....never been good about keeping up with it and don't share much but still came to my mind. Just checked my last post and it was 3 years ago.... a good thing I don't have a following LOL. Small update for myself I guess .... grand #6 is on the way, the final kiddo looking to move out with his family, still working hard at the same place, still have Scentsy (although barely), still all the same stresses as everyone else. BUT still keeping my head up the best I can. Maybe someday I will take the time to throw my whole life story out there but for now....

3rd grandbaby on the way. Another child about to move out and the youngest...well isn't so young anymore. Working full time outside of the home, trying to maintain my Scentsy business and life just slipped by. Time to step it up. Love you guys! 

Review Time! High Performance Tri-Spinner

They are in love!! One of my boys has ADD....he is forever forgetting things, staying distracted, and struggles with school. When these first came out he was dying to try it. Me? I am all about anything that can help him stay focused and get things done! 

So we had to have one to say the least! This came in just two days, thank you Amazon Prime! He immediately started carrying with him everywhere he went. Spinning it away! I was worried that it was going to have some sort of noise that goes with it and drive the rest of us crazy. But nope! Quiet as can be and keeps him occupied. And his friends too lol.  He says everyone at school wants to play with it. Sorry teachers! Hopefully now tht everyone has got to see it, things will settle down and he will be able to use it to help him.  Only one teacher didn't want it out and that is okay.  It doesn't need to have it out all the time.  If you are looking for something to occupy little hands or even teenage ones....start here! 

The others boys loved it too. So now we own 3! Definitely worth it!

Right...you are thinking what in the world is a Q-Ball.  I was too honestly. After researching the balls and what they were designed for I couldn't see a reason not to get them!

They provide you with game ideas or you can make up your own.  To start off with, we worked on bouncing one and switching hands. It is so much harder than you think!

I was glad to get this as two of my boys play sports and I think this is great for helping them. One is going to be on the school tennis team this year and what a great way to help with eye coordination! 

We have definitely had fun with it and will continue to use them.  Hopefully I can get up to using them both at the same time ;) I don't think it will happen anytime soon as I am very uncoordinated LOL

We were very excited to receive the backpack diaper bag! Opened the box as soon as we got it :)

It has one main pocket with 8 smaller pockets! And inside the main one, there is several smaller ones.

I think my favorite feature is this....

Review Time! New York Biology Eyelash Growth Serum

Sounds Crazy I know! I really didn't expect much. Several others had posted how great it was and how well it worked...but I was skeptical.

So first off...the before pictures...they weren't the best. Do you know how hard it is to take pictures of your own eyes LOL (Especially since our lighting isn't the best in the house)

Here is a picture that I took prior to even knowing I was going to do this. 

It tells you to put it on just once a day. Take the brush and draw it across the lash line of your top lashes. The brush is super thin which makes it really easy to do. I can say though that I got it in my eyes multiple times. It. Burns. Of course it burns. It isn't made to be IN your eye ;)

I have used it almost every day....I admit...I missed a day here an there but for the most part it was everyday...that is life right? 

It was simple to use, simple to do, I put it with my toothbrush so I wouldn't forget. That's it.

Now I see a slight difference. I have only been using it for 2 weeks so you can't expect to see a huge difference. I can't wait to see what it is like after a month!

It's an indoor bug zapper! 

 
How neat is that right! We all hate when mosquitoes get in the house or any bug for that matter.  Here is a good alternative to those fly traps and other insects killers that usually stink :(  I was super excited to try as I am a magnet for mosquitoes. I did received this product at a discounted rate for my unbiased review.

In the box was the trap, instructions, cleaning brush and two mosquito repellent bracelets. Just had to slide the trap into the machine....super easy...and when you empty it...just lift the lid and there you go. 

Anyway, we unpacked the box and hubby took it outside... forgot to tell him the instructions say indoor only...oops! Decided to set it up anyway just to see what would happen...nothing. No bugs in the trap compartment. SO.....

So back in it came and we set it right on the kitchen counter. Between the back door and the kitchen window. It says it is best used in a darker room....it does use a LED Ultraviolet Light after all....left it there turned on at night for 2 week!  At first nothing...nada...no bugs. So I contacted the company and they gave me some instructions about lighting (how it worked best in the dark) and how low to the ground it should sit. And anyway we went again.   

At first there didn't seem to be any dead bugs which was kinda concerning. As we know we have issues with mosquitoes, moths, flies and all because of the back door....it seems to be opened and closed a lot and we have a cat door that is used just as often lol. We are happy to say we have dead bugs now. LOL Never thought I would be happy to say that ;) AND two different kinds of mosquitoes.....which are horrible around here because of the trees and horribly uneven backyard (it traps water). We are looking into a homemade remedy for that but that is for another time. So for two weeks set up...this is what we got.....just what you wanted to see right...pictures of dead bugs hee hee...

So I can't say it doesn't work as we got bugs just not as many as we thought we would :( 
Next we may try putting it our bedroom during the day....it is super dark in there....and see what that does. I got bit in my sleep the other night....not cool mosquitoes not cool, can't defend ourselves in our sleep!

This one will be short and sweet! I like them!!

Perfect for when you are walking, exercising, camping or any where! We used them while out running stairs. It was at least 100 degrees that day and we were sweaty to say the least. No only did we wipe away the sweat but we were able to soak them in water and drape them across my son's neck. Kept him cool all the way home.
